Other

The document entitled "Manual for the Measurement of juvenile justice indicators" was published by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in 2006. UNICEF and UNODC have developed a set of fifteen indicators of core importance to juvenile justice, in consultation with NGOs and individual experts. The fifteen indicators have been redefined through field-testing in a number of countries and are endorsed by the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice. This manual explains how to use the indicators in practice. It is available in English (2006), French (2008), Spanish (2008) and Russian (2010): PDF, 116 pages.
