HRC – 10th session: Resolution on human rights in the administration of justice (2009) - 30 March 2009

The resolution on "Human rights in the administration of justice, in particular juvenile justice" was adopted by the United Nations Human Rights Council at its 10th session which took place in Geneva from 2nd to 27th March 2009. The resolution invites States to benefit from technical advice and assistance provided by the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice (IPJJ) and its members. Latest version (A/HRC/10/L.15).
