The document entitled "CRC 50th Session: Information Notes on Juvenile Justice" was published by Defence for Children International (DCI) in February 2009. These “Information Notes on Juvenile Justice” were produced at the end of the 50th Session of the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC), held in Geneva from 12 January - 30 February 2009. They compile and outline how juvenile justice is presented in the periodic State reports of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Chad, as well as the information found in the alternative reports submitted by NGOs and the interactive dialogue that took place at the meeting between the Committee on the Rights of the Child and the State parties.
